What is Tomadol ethoxylated alcohol ?

A high HLB ethoxylated alcohol. It is a mild cleansing agent and works best in combination with anionic surfactants such as Sodium Laureth Sulfate. It offers superior wetting and high foam in aqueous based cleansing products. Tomadol 25-12 can be used in a wide variety of cleansing formulations.

Tomadol 1-5

A nonionic surfactant made from linear C11 alcohol with 5 moles (average) of ethylene oxide. Tomadol 1-5 has an HLB of 11.2 and is typically used as the sole surfactant in many aqueous cleaning formulations or in combination with a lower HLB nonionic or in combination with an anionic such as sodium lauryl ether sulfate. The degree of alkoxylation of the Tomadol 1-5 offers superior wetting in aqueous based cleaners. Tomadol 25-9

A nonionic surfactant made from linear C12-15 alcohol with 8.9 moles (average) of ethylene oxide. Tomadol 25-9 has an HLB of 13.1 and is typically used as sole detergent in highly alkaline, “built” laundry liquids. The degree of alkoxylation of the Tomadol 25-9 offers superior wetting in aqueous based cleaners. The Tomadol 25-9 is included in the family of 25 series linear alcohol ethoxylates, which have many end use applications, including a wide variety of cleaning formulations.
