Sponsors

There are some regulated chemicals that require a permit before you can purchase. Do not worry most of your household products does not contain these chemicals, except the tile cleaners and clog removers. The Dangerous Drugs Board in compliance with the “Comprehensive Drugs Act of 2002” releases the list of controlled precursor and essential chemicals. Here are some of the chemicals:

Potassium Permanganate
Hydrochloric Acid
Sulfuric Acid
Acetone
Methyl Ethyl Ketone
Ethyl Ether/sulfuric Ether

For complete listing of chemicals, and procedure and requirements in acquiring the PDEA license and permit please visit the PDEA website, www.pdea.gov.ph

When buying, please bring with you your PDEA License with the official receipt of your inspection fee and license fee. If you are purchasing small volume of these controlled precursor and essential chemicals, some supply company require only valid identification card or community tax certificate, and an affidavit.
