It is a moderate foaming, butyl-free all-purpose degreaser. The combination of a trio of surfactant: amine oxide, quaternary amine and ethoxylated nonionic provides a synergy that enables the system to readily emulsify soils without the use of glycol ether solvents. INCROMINE OXIDE LF is a low-forming amine oxide, which provides detergency. CRODAQUAT TES is a moderate foaming cationic surfactant, which provides coupling and static reduction.

Procedure
Charge vessel with water and start agitation. Add Metsobeads and mix until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and continue mixing until system is clear and uniform.

Non-Butyl Degreaser

Is an alkaline degreaser suitable for unpainted surfaces, ferrous & soft metal and concrete surfaces. It uses a combination of INCROMINE OXIDE C, and Rhodasurf BC-610 to quickly and easily emulsify oils without the use of hazardous solvents such as petroleum distillates or butyl solvents. This formulation can be used undiluted on heavy soils or it can be water diluted to 40:1 for general purpose cleaning.

PROCEDURE
Add items in the order listed with agitation. Allow the ingredients to disperse completely before adding the subsequent item. The finished product will be a clear, low viscosity liquid.
